Research Project

Brain Tumor Therapy
Inhalation Therapy of Tuberculosis
Regeneration Medication of Bone Tissue
Malaria Therapy
  • Nanoparticles for Water-insoluble Drugs

(1) Novel Targeted Therapeutic Nano-sized, Micro-sized Particles
Brain Tumor Glioma is particularly malignant because it trends to sprout and spread within the brain. We developed continuous and long-term sustained release system of anti-cancer drug and cell penetration peptide + tumor suppressor peptide in the rat brain tumor using nano-, micropsrticles. Further, we are developing new nanocarriiers for targeting various tumors
Inhalation Therapy of TB Globally, approximately 2 billion people are infected with TB. Once in the lung, it is phagocytosed by alveolar macrophages, where it remains alive. We are developing targeted nano-sized system for inhalation therapy of TB. Nano DDS particles with good delivery to the lungs, Long retentiion in the lungs, high uptake by alveolar macrophages is developing.

(2) Functional Engineered Nano-sized Particles
  • Nano-sized Particles of Water-insoluble Drugs Many recent drug candidates are poorly water-soluble and have an inherently low mucosal permeability. This complicates the development of pharmaceutical formulations. ハントカジノ ログイン the technologies to make 100 ? 200 nm solid particles .of these drugs. Nano-sized particles have a huge surface area, which make the dissolution to be fast. We are also doing the researchs for Inhalation nanoparticles, Co-crystals nanoparticles, solid dispersions, solid lipid nanospheres, cyslodextrins.
  • Nano-sized carriers Muliti-layer polymer coating on the surface of nano-sized particles usinfg layer-by-layers method. These surface-modified nanoparticles will be used for mucosal delivery, systemic delivery or tumor-targeted delivery.
We are also interested in the research for peptides/gene delivery, bio-medicine delivery, ハントカジノ ログイン anti-matastasis of cancer, ハントカジノ ログイン lung cancer
